We hope you enjoy our silly minecraft let’s play videos. Our minecraft videos are meant to be silly and fun, we talk and joke and learn to play the game. We enjoy gaming (playing games) generally and playing minecraft in particular and we hope it shows.

We think there is room on YouTube for a silly Daddy Daughter minecraft team. We hope we can keep the minecraft gameplay fun and silly with our bad jokes which often aren’t all that funny!

Mattea is a scaredy cat when playing minecraft in survival mode and screams regularly when googlies (mobs / monsters) appear. She is one of stampylongnose’s biggest fans and normally only plays on creative mode but I (her daddy) want the entertainment and challenge of having googlies running about. Since I am a complete beginner and Mattea (the stampy lover) has little experience playing in survival mode, we hope the viewers can learn with us!

Our minecraft characters are BananaMan (for Daddy) and sort of a Cookie Monster character similar to how the sesame street character looks (for Mattea). We thought these would be fun and silly characters which we added poopy bums to. We are testing how much having a minecraft character with a poopy bum helps in playing minecraft. My theory is it helps in playing minecraft but it may just be limited to being silly / funny. I am hopeful that some of the minecraft bad guys (googlies / mobs / monsters) will be scared off by the sight or the smell of our poopy bums.

While playing minecraft, Mattea and I regularly chit chat about our other projects including StampyToon (an animated cartoon of Mattea’s favourite youtuber: stampylongnose where we manually create a cartoon scene for some of his best episodes). We also have some other ideas in the works – we hope you enjoy the fun and silly videos we’ve been making!
