The prayer chanted by Pujya Swamiji before starting the talk is:
अतुलितबलधामं हेमशैलाभदेहम् , दनुजवनकृशानुं ज्ञानिनामग्रगण्यम् |
सकलगुणनिधानं वानराणामधीशम् , रघुपतिप्रियभक्तं वातजातं नमामि ||

Pujya Swamiji once again highlights the importance of Bhagavan’s leelas and emphasizes how vital it is for us, as sadhakas, to listen to them repeatedly to purify our minds and receive guidance in our lives.
Overview of Hanumanji's Journey
This talk recounts the unique and adventurous journey of Hanumanji to Lanka and his experiences within the city until he meets Vibhishanji. Throughout this journey, the devotee Hanumanji never begins any work without first remembering Lord Rama. Swamiji points out each verse expressed by Hanumanji, illustrating his deep devotion.
1) Starting the Journey to Lanka
When Hanumanji begins his journey, Tulsidasji describes him as:
जिमि अमोघ रघुपति कर् बान, एहि भाँति चलेउ हनुमन.
Pujya Swamiji elaborates on the complete aspect of surrender conveyed in this verse, demonstrating how and to what extent our surrender should be.

2) Three Obstacles on the Way to Lanka
During the initial stage of his journey across the ocean, Hanumanji encounters three obstacles. These are stories many of us have heard since childhood, but what spiritual messages do they hold for us?
Pujya Swamiji unveils the hidden spiritual gems in these stories:
a) Mainak Mountain: What does the hurdle of Mainak Mountain signify for us? Hanumanji advises us while navigating the "Mainak mountains" in our lives with the sentiment: "राम काजु कीन्हें बिनु मोहि कहाँ बिश्राम्."

b) Surasa: How should we confront the Surasa-like challenges we face daily? Swamiji explains how Hanumanji uses both physical strength and intellect to overcome Surasa.

c) Sihmika: Why is it essential to kill Sihmika and not just overcome it?

3) Entry into Lanka
After triumphing over these obstacles related to the body, senses, and ego, Hanumanji enters Lanka while chanting his Lord’s name: "लंकहि चलेउ सुमिरि नरहरी!
Upon entering, Hanumanji transforms an initial challenge into an opportunity by receiving blessings from Lankini, the security guard. She blesses him with:
गरल सुधा रिपु करहिं मिताई। गोपद सिंधु अनल सितलाई॥
गरुड़ सुमेरु रेनु सम ताही। राम कृपा करि चितवा जाही॥

4) Meeting Vibhishanji
Swamiji refers and explains many verses from Sunder Kand, bringing forth beautiful insights that guide our spiritual journey.
How in totally unknown territory Hanumanji understands whom to ask for the direction.
राम राम तेहिं सुमिरन कीन्हा। हृदयँ हरष कपि सज्जन चीन्हा॥

How two devotees understand each other
की तुम्ह हरि दासन्ह महँ कोई। मोरें हृदय प्रीति अति होई॥
की तुम्ह रामु दीन अनुरागी। आयहु मोहि करन बड़भागी॥

How Hanumanji humbly introduces himself
तब हनुमंत कही सब राम कथा निज नाम।

When two devotees come together what will be the topic discussion
सुनत जुगल तन पुलक मन मगन सुमिरि गुन ग्राम॥

Vibhishana’s humility
सुनहु पवनसुत रहनि हमारी। जिमि दसनन्हि महुँ जीभ बिचारी॥
तामस तनु कछु साधन नाहीं। प्रीत न पद सरोज मन माहीं॥
अब मोहि भा भरोस हनुमंता। बिनु हरिकृपा मिलहिं नहिं संता॥

Hanumanji expresses character of the Lord:
सुनहु बिभीषन प्रभु कै रीती। करहिं सदा सेवक पर प्रीति॥

Hanumanji’s opinion about himself:
कहहु कवन मैं परम कुलीना। कपि चंचल सबहीं बिधि हीना॥
प्रात लेइ जो नाम हमारा। तेहि दिन ताहि न मिलै अहारा॥4॥

Hanumanji’s advice to us on how to be happy
जानतहूँ अस स्वामि बिसारी। फिरहिं ते काहे न होहिं दुखारी॥
