They Bought a PINK House! | Mobile Home Renovation | Part 1

My son and daughter in law bought a mobile home and have moved closer to home after living more than an hour away. We now get to spend more time with them and the grandchildren, but this also means that I have to use my skills to help them get this fixer-upper ready to live in.

It's a double wide mobile home in a park. The park is nice, and only a half-mile from our house. The floors and the roof are new, but the cosmetics of the place need a lot of work.

To get started, this video does a walk though, showing what's there, and starting the process of getting ready for paint, I finish up this episode, but replacing the door and deadbolt so they have a secure home.
