Arthur Morgan was last seen traveling south in a boat during a thunderstorm on the Lannahechee River, near the Sisika Penitentiary. No one knows what he was doing there, but he was heard to say, "I'm fed up with all of it. I'm gonna go to Tahiti if I have to row all the way there!"

Unfortunately, Arthur only finds himself on the island of Guarma, where he uses stealth to evade the Cuban soldiers and find a nice cave to camp in during a rainy and stormy couple of days. RDR2 ASMR.
