I pay $175 for a meal to see Singapore’s fireworks | Fullerton Bay Hotel | Landing Point Dinner

Hello everyone. Today we will feature Fullerton Bay Hotel. We went there for one of the National Day Parade rehearsals on a Saturday. Prior reservation is necessary.

The atmosphere was very good and we had an enjoyable time celebrating Singapore's birthday (and wedding anniversary). However there was some slight twist during our evening.

The food was alright but table management was terrible. We were left waiting for the table for 30 minutes (our reservation was at 6pm but did not get seated until 6:32pm). In other restaurants, if I was made waiting for a long time despite having reservation, they would have at least offered me a glass of water and a menu so I can pre-order food to avoid further waiting time. The place had a five star setting but zero star service. I don't think I would come here again unless I want to see fireworks.
