Dear INFJ I know it hurts. Existing in this world feels so alien when you understand so deeply. When you feel with such intensity, for those outside of yourself.

It can feel isolating to know that no one in this lifetime will understand you to the same profound degree that you will understand them. But that's ok. Cherish the efforts of others who try to understand you. It is no small task, as you are so extraordinarily complex and layered.

Let them in. To be seen. To be heard. To be understood. You have to let them in. It's not easy. The heaviness we old in our hearts is terribly, beautifully, infinite. Remember that everything right now is neither good nor bad. It simply is. You exist. We exist.

Will you let me stick around for a while and keep you company?
Together we can feel and breathe and even cry.
