The Culinary Institute of America is the premier culinary college in the United States. The CIA was founded with 50 students in 1946 by Frances Roth and Katharine Angell as the New Haven Restaurant Institute. This school is so different from a lot of other schools and even a lot different than any culinary schools. I wanted to share it all with you because I feel that this campus is so special and beautiful and there is so much to see!

In addition to its New York main campus, the CIA has campuses in California, Texas, and Singapore.

With restaurants and cafes being run by students, as well as the beauty along the Hudson River I wanted to show y'all what I get to experience every day, and I hope you enjoy this video and can't wait to share with y'all and keep you updated on my time here at the Culinary.
