In this video you can see the best two places to farm brimstone in the Exiled Lands.
The first one, Sinner's Refuge, doesn't have that many deposits, but it is excellent for beginners, since the enemies are quite weak. You can also use it to farm some crafter thralls, since there are even some tier 4 spawning at the back of the cave. (with an iron pick I got around 1.2k)
The second one, has a lot of deposits available, but, due to the much stronger enemies and the noxious gas in the area, which requires you to wear gas protection (Sandstorm Mask), you might want to wait until you have proper equipment and some strong thrall or thralls.
