This song was born from a place of deep pain, isolation, addiction and internal battle. It is my truth—my emotions put into words and music during a time when I was struggling with suicidal ideation and feeling trapped inside my own mind. Writing this song was not about attention or dramatics—it was about survival.

As an artist, I have always believed in being honest, even when it’s uncomfortable. My Dark Sorrow exists so that others who feel broken, misunderstood, or alone can hear something that says: you are not invisible, and you are not weak.

Mental health struggles don’t always look the same. Sometimes they’re quiet. Sometimes they’re hidden behind scars, silence, or strength. This song is for anyone who has ever felt like they were fighting the darkness alone.
