Dr. Goldstein referred to some queries such us "How do we identify children that go below the radar? Those that do not meet the threshold, Does someone need to have a diagnosis to have a problem?" He later explained that this is part of what is exiting for him about MOXO. Moxo can help children that have difficulties, that are not necessarily diagnosed with ADHD. Dr. Goldstein, later went on to discuss how Lack of attention is actually a lack of compliance. He explained that Inattention relative to tasks and environmental demands leads to poor execution of behavior. He stressed the importance of understanding that ADHD is a biopsychosocial problem, and that the outcome is impairment in executive functioning (EF). Even though, that some may argue that deficits in executive functioning are in fact ADHD.

Dr. Goldstein further explained that EF are a set of process while ADHD is a diagnosis. Some interesting facts that Dr. Goldstein quoted from his research: 

On between 15-25% cases: Strategy is a major contributor to how you do what you do.

"Girls are smarter than boys!!" Girls a have better EF at every age by about a third to a half STD.
