As the one-year anniversary of the end of my exchange year just passed, I thought it was time to share some reverse culture shocks. Everyone has different experiences, but my personal reverse culture shocks come from living in Bonn (NRW) for the first 2 months, Strehla (Saxony) for the next 8 months, and returning to my home in Yorkville (Illinois).
