An Urban-Infill Unity Värm in Somerville, MA

Tim and Cynthia bought a small fixer upper in the city of Somerville, Massachusetts, close to the new subway station and other amenities. They soon realized that fixing up the poorly built home on the property would be cost-prohibitive and would still not live up to their energy-efficiency goals.

Skeptical at first of the practicality of offsite panelized construction in an urban setting, the couple reached out to Unity to discover that our panelized approach would be beneficial in many ways.
