There are a bunch of inconsistencies and mistakes here and there but it shouldn't really matter. If you do notice that an entire group exists but doesn't exist suddenly, that's not a mistake, that's more or less because they aren't being used for that scene and I removed them to save on rendering memory, or the scene was split in two and another scene was placed in it, or both.
