Pinion Seal Replacement on Ford 8.8 Differential (2013 Mustang GT Track Package Torsen 8.8 Rearend)

Learn how to replace the pinion seal on a 2013 (’05 thru ’13) Mustang GT Torsen Limited-Slip Differential. This is the same BR3Z-4676-A Seal as non-Limited-Slip Differentials. I show the parts and tools required for the replacement. I talk about replacing and filling the differential with gear lube.
Safety: Always use jack stands when working under a vehicle; do not trust floor jacks alone. Always block the tires that remain on the ground on a vehicle that is partially suspended by jack stands. Protect your eyes with safety glasses or goggles . Use the proper PPE when working with solvents.
