How do I look so calm?! I think i must be getting better at entering a freezing cold water plunge pool At Portobello Beach - the seaside suburb of Edinburgh - there are original public Victorian Baths. There's a whole fabulous circuit of hot chambers and steam rooms as well as a freezing cold water plunge pool. This is me getting into the freezing cold water plunge pool - trying to be cool and stay calm. Do I succeed? Not even a squeal or whimper - most unlike me lol!
