Affinity Leadership Healing Circle: Latinx Ancestry

Everyday you can easily find examples of political influences on DEI work, polarizing work environments, & general behaviors and language that is disheartening and even dehumanizing. Our mission is to provide a sanctuary where individuals can experience love and care within a sacred community. This month, our healing circle focused on honoring Latinx folks. This circle was facilitated by Lumarie Suders, a retired Navy veteran with expertise in facilitating leadership training and development.

These spaces are intricately connected to our healing and reconciliation pillar, embracing love and healing as core values, and promoting conscious leadership for equity™ healing outcomes.
