Rupesh is a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer with a passion for product development and design. He is equally comfortable working at a desk, in a manufacturing environment, or conducting research. With keen observation and visualization skills, Rupesh is also a good sketch artist by passion. He is the first person in Nepal to achieve the coveted CSWE (Certified SolidWorks Expert) certification, as well as being the first SolidWorks Champion from Nepal. Rupesh is also an alumnus of the Aspire Leadership Program 2022 cohort and an Ambassador for the program in Nepal. He is actively involved in various livelihood projects and Leadership Camps as a Director through the organization, Action Nepal in Dhading. His ultimate goal is to work in the interdisciplinary field of engineering and agriculture, with the aim of revolutionizing Nepal's agriculture and food security through innovation and technology. Outside of work, Rupesh's hobbies include traveling, singing, sketching, arts, teaching, mentoring, and public speaking.
