Chris Lemons is a professor at Stanford Graduate School of Education whose research focuses on improving academic outcomes for children with intellectual, developmental, and learning disabilities. He is known for developing and evaluating reading interventions for students with down syndrome and other IDD. Before entering academia, Lemons taught in a range of special education settings, from preschool autism programs to middle school life-skills classrooms.
