This lecture tells about the complementation test. Complementation test is used to determine whether two mutations are in the same gene or whether they are in different gene. In this complementation test, two homozygous recessive parents are crossed, then the progeny are looked. If they are of wild type, then they are in different genes whereas when progeny is of mutatnt type then mutations are in same gene.
