So it will work very well during load shedding. Because it can also be run with the help of solar. So let's show you how I made it.
You can see that I have a broken Jali fan motor body in my hand. I have already removed the coil inside it. Now I have to remove this inner rotor. It is jammed here. It cannot be opened like this. I have to remove this bush support from here first. Friends saw how I removed it. Now another part of it has a bush attached to it, that too has to be removed. Because if there is a bush, the motor fitting cannot be done Micro Project Bangla.
Now you need a piece of PVC like this. And this piece of PVC needs to be cut into a circle and three holes need to be made in it so that the motor can be fitted well with it. Now you need a motor. You can see that I have taken a motor. This is an original Chainit motor and its coil is made of 100% copper wire. Copper motor consumes less amperes than neutral. Now you need to set the motor with this PVC seat. I will properly place the motor along the holes. Then I will fix the motor well with screws. Now you need to place the motor here. Now I will fix it well with glue Micro Project Bangla.
At this stage, I will attach two wires to the motor. You can see that I have taken some wire. Now I will solder this red wire to the positive terminal of the motor. Then I will attach the black wire to the negative terminal of the motor. Now even if there is a sudden pull on the wire, it will not run.
Now you have to attach the back part of the motor. You have to attach it well with the big screws that were with it. It has to be attached nicely in parallel. If it is loose, when you attach the fan to the motor and run it, it will shake a lot. So friends, you can see how I attached it. You can see that I have attached two clips to the cable. Now you have to attach this clamp to the back of the motor. I will attach it well with screws. So that it is attached tightly to it. It has to be attached well because it will be hung from the ceiling. If it is not attached tightly, there is a possibility of it opening. And if it opens, a fatal accident will occur.
