तो उसके लिए सबसे पहले CBC टेस्ट करना जरूरी है क्युकी CBC से Hemoglobin or RBC and TLC(Total Leukocytes Counts or WBC) तथा Differential में (Neutrophils, Lymphocytes Monocytes Eosinophils Basophils आदि), Platelets देना जरूरी है साथ ही इससे हमें GBP बनाने में आसानी होती है
इतना सब देने के बाद हमे RBC, WBC and Platelets के comments कैसे देते हैं
Normocytic जब MCV -78 - 100 के मध्य तो Comments RBC are Normocytic
Microcytic जब MCV 72 से कम हो तो Comments - RBC are Microcytic(Iron deficiency, Thalassemia, Chronic disease, anemia)
