fresh fish/dried fish/ crab/shrimps/prawns

COOKING DIRECTIONS

1. PLACE THE MEAT INSIDE THE POT

2. ADD MAGGI CUBE, ONION AND SALT , SIMMER FOR 5 MINS

3. MIX BANGA SAUCE WITH HOT WATER, THIS IS SO THAT ALL THE PARTICLES INCLUDING THE SAND WILL GO TO THE BOTTOM OF THE POT.

4 COOK FOR 30 MINUTES

5. BLEND THE BITTER LEAF, SPINACH, ONION, PEPPER

6. POUR IN THE BLENDED MIX

7. ADD FISH/ GRAB /DRIED FISH

8. ADD MAGGI CUBE AND SALT COOK FOR 10 MINS

REMOVE FROM HEAT AND ENJOY 😋
