Dear Students,
In this video, I am going to teach you how to describe a bar chart. This will be useful for those who wish to sit for G.C.E. (O/L), G.C.E. (A/L) exams and IELTS Exams.
This bar chart shows the reading habits of students in Jayadeva Maha Vidyalaya in the year 2019. According to the bar chart, boys are keenly interested in adventure stories. Only half the number of girls are interested in it. Boys interested in science fictions are of the same percentage as girls interested in adventure stories. Newspapers and magazines attract lesser numbers. Comparatively, they are 10% and 15% respectively for boys and 20% and 15% respectively for girls. What is clear is that girls are more interested in current affairs than boy.
