SlideInvert is a Max for Live MIDI Transformation Tool that lets you reshape and manipulate chord voicings in creative ways right from within Ableton Live's MIDI clips. From regular chord rotations to individual voice transpositions and various grouping modes, SlideInvert is an incredible tool to keep you inspired and in the flow while you're writing harmonies or chord progressions.

Step Sliders
Adjust chord voicings for specific chords or groups with the UI step sliders. The step sliders can be dragged vertically and horizontally to make complex transformations across MIDI clips.

Chord/Grid Modes
Switch between per-chord and interval based transformations. Use this to switch between individual and grid group transformations.

Custom Groups
Dial in the number of chords or grid groups you want to process together. Use this to make transformations to groups of chords or grid groups.

Close/Open Modes
Choose between two different modes to transform your chord voicings. Use this to switch between close and open inversions.

UI Controls
Make fast variations with randomization, scrambling, rotation, shifting, reverse and flipping. Use this to try out new chord voicings.
