WTF (Water Transfer Facilitating) electric razor - Philips AT750/16.

Philips AT750/16 is a waterproof electric razor as you can find it on page 10-11 of below official manual.

But actually, it is not a waterproof but a WTF (Water Transfer Facilitating) product.

My new AT750/16 electric razor can pass through water from its top (shaving blades) to bottom (power plug receptacle). There's some possibility of fire at my home while charging or electric shock while using. So it is not just a quality issue but also a product safety issue.
I called to Philips Korea Service center but they denied to replace it with a brand new unless I visit their service center during normal working hour.
Even today (2nd Oct. 2012) is not an official holiday in Korea but Philips Korea Service centers are shutdown without any notice.
