Chaplain Dr. Victoria A. Phillips, also known as "Dr.V", is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Visionary V Ministries, a consulting ministry specializing in criminal justice, mental health, reentry, and organizational behavior. She is also the co-chair of the New York City Department of Corrections Young Adult Task Force. In addition to her role as a certified neurocoach, Reiki master, and doula, she is also an outspoken advocate for individuals with invisible disabilities, a brain surgery survivor, and an experienced mental health professional and executive facilitator. With over 20 years of experience in fields such as correctional behavioral health, nursing, mental health, and criminal justice, she currently leads the community, health, and justice organizing efforts for the Mental Health Project at the Urban Justice Center in New York City.

Janos Marton is the Vice President for Advocacy at Dream.Org, a national social justice organization. In that capacity, Janos manages state and federal initiatives related to criminal justice reform and climate policy. A lifelong New Yorker, Janos was an organizer and civil rights lawyer prior to joining JustLeadershipUSA in early 2016 to help launch and manage the #CLOSErikers campaign. Janos has since worked at the ACLU and run for Manhattan District Attorney on a bold decarceration platform. Janos lives in Staten Island with his partner, Cristina, and their cats Loki & Odin.
