DRoss declares general election 'battle for soul of Scotland' as he urges
pro-UK voters to unite as he's getting the Better Together Band back together.

Scottish Tory leader DRoss has announced that this year's general election will be a "battle for the soul of Scotland". He called on pro-UK voters to rally behind his Conservative Party to defeat First Minister Humza Yousaf, who he referred to as a "dud".

He promised to lower taxes for Scots, criticising the Scottish Government for making Scotland the "highest-taxed part of the UK". (which it isn't).

The Scottish Tory leader said the next vote is very important for Scotland's future.

Mr DRoss asked people who usually support other parties to vote for the Scottish Tories this time "to make the SNP pay for years of distraction and neglect".He reminded voters about the independence vote in 2014, saying: "Let's beat them together, just like we did 10 years ago."

Even though the SNP wants to get rid of all Tory MPs in Scotland at the general election, Mr Ross confidently said: "That ain't gonna happen."
(Want to Bet).

Mr DRoss also said: "We already got rid of Nicola Sturgeon. Let's use this general election to shove Humza Yousaf out the door."Later, he told reporters that his party is "going to have a good election".

Mr Ross believes: I think we can hold the seats that we currently have and I think we can make gains, and those gains will be at the expense of the SNP, and I think we will have a good result in many seats right across the country.

DRoss's grasp of reality is as weak as his party's position in the polls with the latest one showing at 15%, as low as during the disastrous Liz Truss premiership.
