SurfaPaint™ ThermoDry Elastomeric Roof Hybrid is a high quality, thermal protective, water-based, polyurethane-acrylic elastomeric paint of unique formulation that combines different performance pillars. The hybrid formulation is responsible for the elastomeric behaviour in a wide range of external temperatures providing elasticity values more than 350%. It is also the main element that provides an impermeable barrier, even under ponding water and covers small cracks of the substrate. Based on SurfaPore ThermoDry nanotechnology, the elastomeric sealant’s thermal conductivity is significantly less than that of regular paint, its final coating reflects thermal radiation and limits moisture absorption. Therefore, you enjoy increased energy efficiency, a reduced CO2 footprint and tangible savings. Practically, SurfaPaint ™ ThermoDry Elastomeric Roof Hybrid remains white after application, repelling dirt and preserving the original aesthetic integrity of the surface applied. All in all, SurfaPaint ™ ThermoDry Elastomeric Roof Hybrid combines the functionality of unique elements to offer a “smart” final coating that protects and saves energy simultaneously.

Ideal for the water insulation of exterior horizontal and inclining surfaces such as terraces, balconies and minor cracks. It can be applied to concrete, cement, plaster, roof tiles, bricks, mosaic cement mortar, bituminous membranes (with mosaic, without aluminium coating) and it is suitable for sealing terraces with photovoltaics
