Another hive in the rotation — VarroxSan comes out, MAQ goes in, and I’m finishing the late-season frame layout so the bees go into winter tight and efficient. Frames with usable comb and stores are kept close to the center, while low-value foundation stays to the outside where it won’t interfere with the cluster.

This is repeatable work for a reason — consistency across the yard gives every colony the same chance when temperatures drop.
