Melomel - Cherry Chocolate Mead - CitySteading Anniversary!

Melomel! Making Cherry Chocolate Mead. A Mead as you probably know is a honey wine, made with honey, water and yeast. Well, if you add fruit to it, it becomes a melomel. Chocolate to me would make it a metheglin too but, a Melomel Methyglin Mead is a Mouthful!
