Recipe;
480 g sautéed reindeer
150 g chanterelle
300 g red cabbage
2 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp butter
thyme
4 pieces of pita bread
Creme Fraiche

Prepare by finely chopping the garlic and slicing the mushrooms. Shred the red cabbage into fine strips. Fry the reindeer. Add chopped garlic and mushrooms. Fry until the onion and mushrooms are soft and the reindeer are completely done. Season with salt and pepper and grate over fresh thyme.
