Roast/ Baked full Chicken Tandoori

Ingredients:
Marination
Whole chicken 1-1.5 kg
(Adjust salt as you like)
First marination:
Mix 1 tsp salt & 1 teaspoon red chillies powder with lemon juice . Apply in the cuts. Set aside for 2 hours.

2nd Marination:

Yogurt 1/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon
Lemon juice 3 tablespoon
White vinegar 1 tabsp
Salt 1 tablespoon leveled
Whole Spice Powder 1 teaspoon
Chaat masala 1 tablespoon
Cumin seed 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder 1 tablespoon
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
Chili flakes 1 teaspoon
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Soya sauce 2-3 tablespoons
Tikka Masala 1 tablespoon
Oil 2 tablespoon
Marinate for another 2 hours or overnight.
Bake at 450F pre heated oven, uncovered. Then reduce heat to 400 F after 10 minutes.
Bake for another 35 minutes or until juices of the chicken comes out clean and clear.



Marinade sauce
Oil 1 tablespoon
Leftover Marinade
Cook till it us reduced to a thick saucy consistency .

Qeema masala
*****************
1 kg qeema with 20% fat
2 large onion slices
2 tabsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli spicy
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tabsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin
1/4cup yogurt
2 tomatoes finely chopped
1 tsp garam masala
Juice if a large lemon
Coriander & green chilli for garnish

Biscoff Lasagne
*****************

2 packs Biscof biscuits
1/2 cup buscoff spread
500 ml heavy whipping cream
4 tabsp sugar
1 tabsp vanilla extract

Beat cream till soft peaks.

Vanilla sponge Cake

Measurements given in cups & grams . Choose one.

In gms ——————in cups( not same)
Flour 120 gm. ———. 1 cup
Sugar 120 gm————. 1 cup
Oil 47 gm—————- 1/4 cup
Essence 1 tsp————. 1/2 tsp
Baking powder 4 gm————1 tsp
Eggs 4 room temperature ——- 4

Cream egg sugar till creamy. Add oil and mix once.
Add dry ingredients gradually. Fold one side only. Don’t deflate eggs.
8 inch cake pan.
Preheated 180 C / 30-35 minutes
In pot,, medium heat. 40-45 minutes. Or until skewer comes out clean .
Let it cool down.
Moist with milk or sugar syrup first , then, apply frosting.
