Clear made for lavog after Xinhua null magic change. RNG on turn 1, will be game over if boss uses the fixed % attack. Environment is also RNG here, but doesn't really matter regardless.

It gains 1 stack per attack and will always use an attack, start of turn after it gets 13 stacks. Make sure to have boss debuffed before getting it to 13 stacks, and make sure the icon is not blinking the turn it hits 13, because debuff will expire by the time of attack if blinking.
