Schistura vinciguerrae from Irrawaddy and Salween basins.

Schistura vinciguerrae lives in streams with very swift current, over smooth rocks, among submerged Cyperus vegetation and below Ceratophyllum demersum. Sympatric with cyprinids dwell also smaller catfishes and loaches.
