A Five-Story Building Collapses In Anambra State

Two persons are believed to still be trapped after an uncompleted five-story building located in Onitsha, Anambra State collapsed earlier today and many others injured.
According to the reports, the building collapsed from the 5th floor down to the first.
As at the time of filing this report, efforts were on by both security personnel and sympathizers towards rescuing the trapped people
The Managing Director, Anambra State Physical Planning Board, Chike Maduekwe, mentioned that approval given was for the construction of a three-storey building but the developer started erecting a five-storey building.
