We have over 50 US and international patents and are adding to that with two new connectors designed to meet the needs of the automotive industry: the EZ Connect ZF and the 70 Series fuel rail.

The ZF is the latest addition to the EZ Connect Series of connectors. The ZF’s wide tolerance seal design fits a variety of formed tube sizes and profiles, fulfilling several of your connection needs with a single standard connector. The ZF’s auto aligning collets and lightweight design provide operators with an easy, dependable connection for formed tube applications from vacuum to 300 psi.

The 70 Series Fuel Rail is a durable, stainless steel connector that was specifically engineered to connect to SAE standard profiles. The connectors high flow design and integrated stop valve is ideally suited for: hot engine run testing, cold engine leak testing and fuel rail component testing.

These are two of FasTest’s latest innovations to our core products.

Over the past thirty years, FasTest has engineered a core group of products that are optimal for automotive applications. The 70 series connectors have a sliding sleeve and gripping jaws for instantly sealed connections for pressure ranges from vacuum to 750 psi. It allows connection to a variety of formed tube ends in applications such as: fuel lines, cooling systems, and reservoir bottles.

FasTest’s original connector series, the FE and FI, were engineered for automated product testing. The FE and FI connectors are pneumatically actuated and designed to deliver fast, connections to: engines, manifolds, exhaust components, and a wide range of other smooth and threaded ports.

Fastest’s patented squeeze lever actuation and split collet design of the FasMate Series connectors provide an instant connection that will not damage threaded ports. It can significantly decrease the time needed for filling, flushing, and performance testing of power steering systems, brake lines, and hose assemblies.
