The #DraconisCombine in the years after the 4th #SuccessionWar, much like their allies the #CapellanConfederation, began a process of designing new #Mechs in order to combat the allied Houses, #Steiner and #Davion, otherwise known as the #FederatedCommonwealth. Many machines came out of this, but the #Daboku would be a major #Assaultmech to appear as a result.

This video details the context around the design, development, and deployment of the Mauler, including talking about #Kurita and its family members, the campaigns around the Mauler, and some of its main opponents, like the infamous #ClanSmokeJaguar.
