6 cardamoms
2 cups (300 gm) rice flour
685 ml water (½ + 1½ + ¾ cup)
1½ cups (250 gm) crushed jaggery
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon ghee or clarified butter
¼ cup thinly sliced coconut
½ cup sliced shallots
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
