EATING AT A FILIPINO RESTAURANT in Sydney at Sir Manong | food vlog mukbang sisig lechon crispy pata

Описание к видео EATING AT A FILIPINO RESTAURANT in Sydney at Sir Manong | food vlog mukbang sisig lechon crispy pata

These are the BIGGEST serving sizes I've seen at a restaurant, what on Earth!!! 🤯

This wasn't my first rodeo with Filipino food, but it was definitely my first time trying a few of these dishes here. We tried crispy pata (twice fried pork knuckle), pork binagoongan rice with eggplant and pork belly, BBQ chicken, pork sisig (more a modernised version of it though), and the Filipino version of Cantonese noodles. This whole time I had thought kare kare was some sort of curry, but it was actually a smooth roasted peanut sauce!

Filipino food is colourful and quite heavy. There's a lot of influences in the cuisine, especially from Chinese cooking I reckon. If you decide to try out a Filipino restaurant, go hungry because you're about to get fed! LOL
