You would require more investigations than usual and be ready for more frequent surveillance than usual. Coming to the effects in labor, there might be necessity for a preterm delivery, either artificially induced or you might be prone for a preterm delivery which has to be monitored and taken care of and appropriate decision may be required. The aim would always be to take the pregnancy term and if it wouldn’t affect the mother or the baby in any manner and there might be an increased incidence for the need for caesarean section to deliver the baby with the best interest of the baby and the mother.
