1.Overview
4 timber only! + 500 credits for the main building + 25 credits per module so 625 in total
Size is 3*4 so 12 titles + 5 modules of 2*3=6 so 42 in total
Unlocks with your first worker!
Two other important elements
Unlocks with worker but requires farmers - it does require a lot more than many other ‘farms’ - 30 while sheep is only 10 or wheat 20
Also brings -3 attractiveness - smell
The silos is 1000 credit, 20 timber and 10 bricks
Modules - only half in the radius needed!
No impact from electricity!

4. Perfect layouts
So when you start, you want the full chain so for example, super easy sausage or soap
Then you move to silos as soon as possible (+100% + ⅓)- tell me if you dont know why you should have a silos for all farms (or tractors)
And very quickly to trade unions - here 26 farms

5. Department
No brainer - production boost (+60% max - 33k attrac) and then two choices 4th item or land reform - if you are on a ‘farmer’ island then no brainer again land reform which will give you 1 bonus item every 2 cycle - huge

Origin of Mankind - 5% productivity - 3 exhibits
Domestic Animals - 5% productivity - 6 exhibits

7. My preferred items and specialists for both key situations - meaning with and without workforce
No workforce: +175%
Livestock Farmer (-60%W, +30%P)
Printing Press (-40%W, +25%P)
Fabulous Feed Yard (+70% P)
Working condition +50%

Full workforce: +210%
Fabulous Feed Yard (+70% P)
