Naked Call
Sell CE without any underlying
Covered Call
Sell CE for the underlying you hold
Naked Buy Put
Buy PE for Bearish View
Married PE
Buy PE as insurance for your holdings

3) WHEN, What, Where, and how much to buy?

VIX less than 15
Always in Nifty
Never buy in stock-specific
Long Term options (Dec Months)
At least 9 months before
Always buy the ATM PE option
Volume – Based on your investment value

4) COST of Married Put

ATM PE Premium = 5% of Contract Value
Market is at 11500
5% of 862500 = 43125/75 = 575
If premium is higher, then VIX higher than 15
Finance this cost from big boy covered call

5) What is married bear put spread
Buy Married Put
Sell Cash Secured Put
Premium = 1/5 of Married Put
Example:
Buy Married Put 11500 Dec 2021 at 500
Sell Cash Secured Put 8500 Dec 2021 at 100 (850/5)
Married Cost is 5% of your folio
Married Bear Put Spread Cost is 4% of your folio

Only 4% loss if the market goes down
Only 4% in the cash portfolio
But not below sold Cash Secured Put
If the market goes down (but above 8500)
If the market goes down below cash-secured put
Fixed Profit = 2600

Start investing in the market as stocks are cheaper
Every 10% fall,
Sell CE for the premium you lost in cash-secured put
If the market raises after I sold CEs
