EQUIPMENT

This demo is on the Traeger Flatrock griddle (partner) you can use it for the Blackstone Griddle, Weber Slate Griddle, or whichever flat top grill you have.

3 pounds of shrimp, thawed and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
1 tablespoon barbecue rub, or blackening seasoning
1/2 large lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons butter
1 tsp parsley, fresh chopped
