It is early morning in Barbie's Dream House and Barbie is going to be a substitute teacher at High School today. So Ken wakes up Barbie early. Ken already prepared breakfast for Barbie and Chelsea. Barbie sister Skipper is coming to babysit Chelsea while Barbie is teaching. After breakfast, Barbie brushes her teeth and does her hairdo. Then she picks the best Barbie outfit for the occasion. When she arrives to the school, she is a little spooked because the school is dark and creepy. The weird school principal takes Barbie for a school tour. He shows her a cafeteria, teachers' launch, preschool class, radio station, and bathrooms. Then she goes to her class. She is a substitute teacher today. Barbie introduces herself to the class and then start reading a books. The mean girls in the class does not like her cheerful nature so they put a lazy spell on her. Barbie suddenly becomes so lazy bad teacher, she asks the mean girls to get her snack, write on board, and read the book to the whole class. The mean girls do not like it either. They decide that cheerful substitute is better than lay one, so they cancel the magic spell and Barbie choose book for them to read that the whole class like. By the end, Barbie's first class as substitute is a success and the mean girls like their new substitute teacher Ms. Barbie a lot.
