What happened to my first Stampin' Up! order?! What's actually inside.

I was shocked to see what arrived on my front porch the other day. It was my first order with Stampin' Up! and I didn't expect to see the box in this sort of shape or to actaully find the items I ordered inside....boy was I in for a shocker....
