While away on holiday in Los Angeles I was lucky enough to film in this beautiful kitchen at the Tastemade studios in Santa Monica. I decide to show you how to make these delicious White Chocolate Chunk Cookies (Recipe by Ina Garten) Hope you enjoy :)

Recipe: (I halved the original recipe)

Makes 16-24 depending on size (Oven timings may vary with bigger or smaller cookies)

1 Stick (112g) Unsalted butter at room temperature
1/2 Cup packed (105g) light brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup (126g) granulated sugar
1 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 extra-large eggs at room temperature
1/3 cup (28g) good unsweetened cocoa
1 cups (130g) flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
750g good white chocolate, coarsely chopped
