Taylor Swift Lyrics Analysis *winter edition* | Unwrapping Back to December + 'Tis the Damn Season

Let's try this again....Taylor Swift, but make it Christmas 😉 (don't @ me for not including Christmas Tree Farm though...🙈)

I have been sick for nearly the past two weeks, but finally had time to finish this one! It was so fun to do a first time reaction, winter-themed Taylor Swift lyrics analysis for December. There are quite a few writing tips from Taylor Swift songs that we can apply to our own projects, and in today's video we looked at:

- unique rhyme schemes
- iambic pentameter (unbelievably)
- Robert Frost allusions!!
- setting the scene with minimal details
- where/how to avoid repetition in writing
- consistency in the length of our stanzas
- writing great descriptions, as per usual
