The day I became an Ironman

YOU… ARE… AN… IRONMAN! In this video I share my personal experience in becoming an IRONMAN while diving into the training regimen, mental fortitude, and overall challenges faced along the way. My purpose has always been to prove that you can accomplish your goals no matter how large the challenge appears to be and simply make things happen. As a Sports Medicine Physician I truly want to practice what I preach and show my patients that you can reach new heights. A lot of blood, sweat and tears were involved but I am extremely proud of where I am on this journey.
