Oak Cliff Nature Preserve isn't far from downtown Dallas, but when you're in the middle of it, you'll forget that you're so close to the city! The trail isn't too technically difficult, but some steep climbs up jagged rocks will make you work! If you hit every loop it's roughly 7.5 miles, but it's a tough 7.5 miles!

I got up before the sun on this morning in order to beat the heat! The problem is that while the temperature is cooler (that's a relative term, as it's still 80°), the humidity is higher. That's just the way it is in Texas during the summer!
