Ingredients:~
Potato (cut into thin long sticks)
Cornflour
Oil
Green chilli
Garlic
Onion
Capsicum
Salt
Black pepper powder
Dark soy sauce
Vinegar
Tomato sauce
Green chilli sauce
Water
Coriander leaves
Sesame seeds

Steps (Short & Easy):
1.Cut potatoes into long thin sticks, coat with
cornflour & deep fry till crispy.
2. In a pan, sauté green chilli, garlic, onion &
capsicum with salt & black pepper.
3. Add sauce mix (cornflour + soy sauce +
vinegar + tomato sauce + chilli sauce + water).
Stir till slightly thick
4. Toss fried potatoes in this sauce
5. Add sesame seeds & fresh coriander.
6. Serve hot & enjoy the street-style vibes!
